Candle Care Tips
To get the most out of your Lemon Dusk essential oil candle, follow our simple but essential care tips.
Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to around ¼ inch (6mm) – even the very first time. This encourages a clean, even burn, helps prevent sooting, and prolongs the life of your Willow and Ember candle.
Let it Pool
The first burn is key. Allow the wax to fully melt to the edges of the jar to avoid tunnelling and ensure your candle continues to burn evenly each time.
Mind the Burn Time
For safety and best performance, we recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep it Clean
Ensure the wax pool is free from wick trimmings, match ends or debris. A clean surface allows the essential oils to diffuse properly and keeps the flame burning beautifully.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do hope that you will be highly satisfied with your Willow and Ember Candle but if for any reason that is not the case then please contact us at willowandembercandles@gmail.com
If you wish to return items that did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the items we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.
We do not have a free returns policy and items must be returned at your own cost. However, we will issue a full refund or exchange if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.
If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email. at willowandembercandles@gmail.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s) as when our product are out for delivery we cannot control their care.
