Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and hope that you love your Willow & Ember Candle. If you change your mind we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and unused. On receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 days for the refund to process. Postage cannot be refunded in circumstances where products are not faulty.  Please email us at willowandembercandles.co.uk regarding refunds.

Damaged items;

We pack our candles with love and care and do our upmost to ensure your order is delivered undamaged.  If your order arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damaged item, and contact us where we will either refund or replace the candle as soon as possible. willowandembercandles@gmail.com
